KOSGEB President visited IGU TEKMER!

KOSGEB (Small and Medium Industry Development Organization) President Ahmet Serdar İbrahimcioğlu and KOSGEB İkitelli Manager Selim Serkan Ercan visited Istanbul Gelisim University TEKMER and examined the projects carried out in the center. President İbrahimoğlu, who met with entrepreneurs operating in the fields of biotechnology, health, electronics and software, listened to innovative projects and closely followed the studies.

Appreciating the solution-oriented approaches of entrepreneurs, İbrahimcioğlu emphasized that the advanced laboratory facilities offered by TEKMER play a critical role in the realization of innovative ideas. In addition, he gave important information to companies about KOSGEB's investment opportunities and support programs.


 


Within the scope of the visit, President İbrahimoğlu met with Istanbul Gelisim University Board of Trustees Chairman Abdulkadir Gayretli and IGU Rector Prof. Bahri Şahin and made evaluations on university-industry cooperation.
 
Noting that TEKMER's support for entrepreneurs contributes greatly to our country's innovation ecosystem, the President emphasized the importance of the center as the meeting point of the business world and academia.
