The Project within IGU TTO Represents Turkey in the USA!

Yusuf Enes Gültekin, a long-term intern at Istanbul Gelisim University Technology Transfer Office, represents Turkey at Regeneron ISEF 2025 International Science and Engineering Fair in Ohio, USA. In this prestigious organization, which is considered the "Oscar of Competitions", Yusuf Enes competes in the Environmental Engineering category with his project titled "Vacuum Boiler Design". The project includes an innovative vacuum system that allows hot water to reach directly when hot water is requested from the tap, preventing the waste of cold water that comes first.

The success story from TUBITAK to the USA

Yusuf Enes Gültekin was the third in Turkey in the 2204-A High School Students Research Projects Competition organized by TUBITAK, and with this success, he managed to become one of the 14 teams that were entitled to participate in the fair in the USA.
Yusuf Enes and his team completed their preparations for Regeneron ISEF, which was held between 10-16 May 2025, and opened their booth in Ohio to exhibit their projects.
Held for the 75th time this year, the event began on 10 May, bringing together more than 1,800 young scientists from 78 countries. Yusuf Enes Gültekin stands out among young scientists by successfully representing Turkey on this important platform.
