University education reaches wherever the internet reaches

Accrediting 53 of its programs by accreditation organizations such as AQAS, AHPGS and Pearson, Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) continues its education as “distance education”.

Talking about the signed protocol, IGU SEM Coordinator Prof. Dr. İzzet Gümüş said: “With the protocol, our university will be able to deliver its education to the places where the internet is accessible and eliminate time and space constraints.”

Indicating that trainings can be taken with a portal that is opened specially for the participants Prof. Dr. İzzet Gümüş added: “We are launching certificate programs in the fields of law, psychology, health, education and we are leading another process as the Continuing Education Center (SEM) of IGU, which makes a difference with its validity in Europe. We work for the satisfaction of the participants with formal and distance education options”.

IGU Continuing Education Center (SEM) Director Asst. Prof. Fatih Fuat Tuncer underlining that thousands of people have been educated in vocational, technical and personal development until today made statements as follows: “We will make the trainings we provide under the assurance of university accessible for everybody with the distance education option.”
